Receipts of purchase for online orders will all be delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. No receipt will be physically included in your order.

Kerry Rocks Jewellery is handcrafted in our Bali workshop as well as with our jewellers in Sydney, Australia.
Our silver jewellery is handcrafted with quality .925 sterling silver, our gold vermeil solution is pure 18kt gold, and our fine gold pieces are solid 9kt gold.
Yes. We offer a replating service for all Kerry Rocks jewellery pieces. Please email us at email@example.com for a quote.
As our gold vermeil pieces are of high quality they can be worn in the water. However, this will inevitably wear the gold away sooner rather than later.
We recommend taking the jewellery off when you shower and swim as this will prolong the lasting of the gold.

This varies depending on the style of earring you have purchased, we understand things go missing and want to do our best to help you. In the event of this occurring please email firstname.lastname@example.org with an image of the style you have lost.
Unfortunately we do not offer custom made pieces as we only work with our own gemstones and designs. If you are interested in purchasing one of our designs with a different gemstone to what we have available, please contact us at email@example.com.
Yes! Our Kerry Rocks Jewellery studio is located at 5 William St Paddington, NSW, 2021. Here we feature our entire collection, including many one-of-a-kind pieces which are available in studio only.

All online orders are dispatched from our Paddington studio, therefore if it is out of stock online, it is also currently unavailable in store.

We're unable to redirect orders once they've been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be able to sign for the package.

Yes, customs and duties are paid by the receiver on all Kerry Rocks Jewellery international orders.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We offer refunds on full priced orders online within 7 days of delivery. A handling fee of $10 will be deducted from the refund amount.
No refunds for purchases made in-store. In-store returns are eligible for exchanges or store credit only.
No refunds on sale items and gift cards.
Beyond 7 days and up to 14 days from the shipping date we offer exchanges or returns for a store credit. If you would like to request a return please email email@example.com within the specified time frame describing the reason for return.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is returned in perfect, unused condition, fit for resale, and sent in original packaging.
We do not cover the cost of return postage, and in the instance of exchange, postage of the replacement piece must also be covered by the receiver. This payment can be completed over the phone or via a direct payment link provided by Kerry Rocks.
FULL PRICED items can be returned for exchange, store credit or for a refund, less a $10 handling fee, to the original method of payment.
SALE ITEMS are all final sale and can not be exchanged or refunded.
Items purchased using AFTERPAY as a payment method are eligible for refund; however, the Afterpay fee of 6% as well as the handling fee of $10 will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Return orders can be dropped into our studio, located at 5 William Street Paddington, NSW, 2021. No handling fee will be charged on online returns dropped into our studio.
