Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Customer Service Policy

Kerry Rocks is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Kerry Rocks offer refunds within 7 days of delivery. This applies to online only.

Beyond 7 days and up to 21 days from the shipping date we offer exchanges or returns for store credit. If you would like to request a refund please contact Kerry Rocks within the 7 day time frame describing the reason for return. We will then email you the return address. Returns will only be accepted if the item is returned in perfect, unused condition, fit for resale, and sent along in original packaging with proof of purchase.

FULL PRICED items can be returned for exchange, store credit or for a refund, less postal charges, to the original method of payment.

SALE ITEMS are all final sale and can not be exchanged or refunded.

Posting Returns Items

It must be returned to us via Registered Australian Post as Kerry Rocks is not liable for lost returned packages. In the event of a refund or exchange you, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges unless item is faulty. Please allow 1-2 weeks from date of return for either a refund or the new item to be sent out.

Goods Damaged or Faulty

You can choose between, refund, exchange or credit where goods are damaged or deemed faulty. Items are to be returned within 10 days of receiving goods, we will refund the original price and postage via the original method of payment. Alternatively if you request a replacement, we will dispatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the returned items, at our cost. Receiving a refund Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card account and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items) which we deduct to cover the cost of our collection service. Refunds will be made within 10 working days of the return of the product.


STORE WIDE SALE discounts are not valid with any other offer or promotion & excludes already reduced items. Excludes complimentary gift boxes and are packaged in sale Kerry Rocks pouches.
