Once you are an Elemental Circle member, you'll earn points for every dollar you spend.

There are various other ways to earn points by taking actions such as reviewing a product, sharing on social, and staying within our circle as on every birthday you will receive a bonus 200 points.

To earn points for reviewing a product, you must first be a member, then purchase a product with your loyalty account email.

14 days after you have made a purchase, you will receive an email asking you to review your recent purchase. You can only earn points for reviewing a product via this email as it ensures you are recognised as a verified buyer.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your points to be rewarded to your account once your review has been submitted. If you review a product on site by using the form within a product page, you will not be rewarded points so be sure to keep an eye on your inbox for the review request email.

Give your friends AU$10 off on their first order of AU$180+, and you will receive AU$10 for each successful order.

Log into your Kerry Rocks account and click on the clay rewards button to open your rewards details.

Select 'Refer your friends!

Click the email icon.

Enter your friends' email addresses in the top box. If you want to add multiple email addresses, separate each address with a comma.

You can add a personal message in the message box. The discount code will be automatically generated when the email sends.

Click 'send email.' Your friend/s will receive an email with the gift code.

You will get an email confirming your reward once your referral has made a purchase using her code.

Once you gather enough points to access your discount rewards, you will receive an email to confirm they are availible.

Log into your Kerry Rocks account and click on the clay rewards button to open your rewards details.

Select 'Redeem' to activate the reward.

In the section titled 'Your rewards', it displays a list of any available rewards that you have to apply to your next purchase.

Choose the reward you want to redeem.

Copy the code and apply it manually in the 'Gift card or discount code' box at checkout.

Your reward will now be automatically applied as a discount on your total amount to pay. You will be able to view the discount before you pay for your order.

If you do not apply your code the rewards code will remain in your rewards account until you use it and will only disappear once it has been applied to an order and the payment has been made.

Unsure which piece is right for you? We accept loyalty points to be used in our Paddington Studio. To do this, you need to take a picture or screenshot of the promotional code you receive once you have unlocked your discount. Bring this with you instore, and the team will be able to apply that discount to your purchase instore. We will need this unique code in order to apply the discount. Please bring this with you as we cannot search or apply this for you in the store. 

You are able to start earning points instore and online, as long as you have an account with Kerry Rocks and subscribe to our community.

No, only one discount code can be applied per invoice.

If you have a Rewards account then click on the clay Rewards button at the bottom left hand side of your screen and log in. Click on the rewards button again once your "My Account" page has opened. A rewards box will open, scroll down to see your rewards points balance.
