The Orient Earring features two raw Tourmaline chunks in green and pink displaying the true spectrum of the gemstone. These organic forms are accented by a suspended, forged gold bar, creating a fusion of natural beauty and quality craftsmanship.

A semi-precious gemstone which is uniquely found on every continent, Tourmaline is renowned for its kaleidoscopic radiance. A powerful purifier, the crystalline silicate mineral is exalted for its transformative properties. The colour of Tourmaline is influenced by the various trace elements present at the point of formation. Tourmaline ranks 7/7.5 on the Mohs hardness scale and is a birthstone for October.

18kt gold vermeil

Our gold vermeil jewellery involves a premium technique of electro gold plating in Australia where each handcrafted .925 sterling silver piece is finished with a thick layer (2.5 microns for earrings, studs and necklaces and 4 microns for rings) of high quality and ethically sourced 18kt gold.
