Each box is finished with ribbon, and we offer you the option of including a personalised note at check out.

We recommend you store your piece in it’s Kerry Rocks box when not being worn, to ensure it remains protected from the elements.

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING for orders over $200 within Australia.
Orders under $200: $15 flat rate

New Zealand: $35 flat rate*
International: $60 flat rate*

*Please note: All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which must be paid by the recipient for customs release upon arrival.

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched within 12-48 hours.

Shipping times are estimated next day for Registered Express depending on your location in Australia and 2-4 days for International deliveries.

RETURNS

For online orders, we offer refunds within 7 days for full-priced items. For SALE items, please choose carefully, NO RETURNS.

For online and instore orders, should you have a change of mind within 14 days of purchasing we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit.

We do not offer returns on custom pieces that have been resized.

LAST MINUTE GIFTS

For last minute gifts, we offer in store pick up from our Kerry Rocks Studio, 5 William St, Paddington, Sydney.
